From your initial enquiry, we will email you full details of our available venues, along with a copy of our brochure outlining all costs, wedding packages, and services. If you have already chosen your preferred date and venue(s), we will check availability for you.
Once you confirm that you would like to proceed, we will begin the booking process. You will be sent a booking form to complete and return by email. Upon receipt of the completed form, we will issue a deposit invoice for 20% of the total wedding package cost.
Please review our booking terms and conditions.
Once the deposit has been received, you will be sent the following:
Please note: Some of our suppliers may require an additional deposit at the time of booking their services.
In the months leading up to your wedding, our experienced wedding planners will work closely with you to bring your vision to life. You will be provided with images, menus, and detailed information to help design the wedding day of your dreams.
To avoid disappointment, all additional services must be booked either during one of our Zoom consultation meetings, held in March and November, or no later than the end of February for weddings taking place that year.
We also strongly recommend booking key services such as photography, hair and makeup, and your reception venue at the same time as confirming your wedding with us.
Unforgettable Rhodes Weddings can arrange a wide range of finishing touches, allowing you to tailor your wedding day exactly as you wish.
For quality assurance and to ensure the smooth running of your wedding day, all additional services must be arranged through Unforgettable Rhodes Weddings. We work exclusively with trusted suppliers, or we will book the required suppliers on your behalf, enabling us to maintain full coordination and control on the wedding day.
Please visit our Finishing Touches page for full details of additional services, including flowers, hairdressing, makeup, photography, music, transport, and more.
Upon your arrival in Rhodes, you will have a full consultation with your wedding planner, during which all final details of your wedding arrangements will be confirmed. You will also be provided with a detailed itinerary of your wedding day for both you and your guests to refer to.
At this meeting, payment for any additional services you have booked will be due and payable in euros, and a receipt will be issued. Should you wish to visit your chosen venue(s), the consultation will take place at the venue itself, with Justine or a member of her team meeting you there.
On the morning of your wedding day, Justine will contact you to reconfirm all arrangements and check whether there are any last-minute details to finalise. She will then coordinate the day accordingly, organising all booked services, personally checking the flowers and bouquets, and liaising closely with her team.
One wedding planner will remain with the bride, while another prepares and decorates the ceremony area and welcomes your guests. A planner will also be present at the reception venue to finalise all details and decorations.
Your wedding ceremony will be a civil ceremony and will last approximately 10 minutes, depending on your chosen location.
The ceremony is conducted in paragraphs, first in Greek by the Mayor, followed by an English translation provided by our team.
Many couples choose to personalise their ceremony by exchanging their own vows or including a poem or reading performed by one of their guests. We can also arrange for your chosen music to be played at the ceremony venue, either for the bride's arrival or as background music during the ceremony.
At some locations, drinks such as champagne, beer, or wine may be served after the ceremony (this service is available at an additional cost).
Following the ceremony, if you have booked a boat cruise, you will be escorted by one of our planners. You will then be taken to your reception venue, where our team will be waiting to assist you. A wedding coordinator will remain with you until the cutting of the cake or the first dance, ensuring everything runs smoothly.
For weddings held at Kalithea Spa, St Sofia, Ayios Apostolos, Filerimos, and Ixia, you will be able to sign your official marriage licence immediately following the ceremony.
For weddings in Lindos, Pefkos, Kiotari, and Rhodes Town Hall, you will need to visit the relevant town hall to sign your licence. You will be given an appointment on the wedding day for this, which may be up to three days after your wedding. If your wedding takes place on a Friday, your appointment will be scheduled for the following Monday morning. You will be accompanied by one of our wedding planners for this process.
You will also require two adult witnesses; if needed, we can provide this service for you. Following the signing, we will organise the translation and legalisation of your certificate, which will then be sent to you via recorded delivery, up to 8 weeks after the wedding.
All wedding photos and videos will be provided to you via a downloadable link, which will be sent up to 8 weeks after the wedding date, allowing you to view, download, and share your memories.
