We started looking at wedding venues just over 2 years ago. After falling in love with how beautiful St Paul’s Bay looked, I enquired with Unforgettable Rhodes Weddings. Right from the beginning everyone I spoke to was extremely friendly and helpful and we booked our ceremony at St Paul’s with the champagne cruise to Ammos Restaurant afterwards with confidence that it would be perfect and it didn’t disappoint!

The package we booked took the stress out of organising our own photographer etc and was a fab price! The day was absolutely perfect! Loved my hair and make up which was done by Lia and Mary. So many of our guests said it was the best wedding they have ever attended! Thank you to Peggy who was our point of contact for organising and was very prompt with answering emails. And to Ellie who had her work cut out on the day as we were a loud wedding party and a couple of the timings needed to be changed last minute due to it being windy and so hot, but everything still ran so smoothly!

Best decision we made was a destination wedding and I’m so glad we chose Unforgettable Rhodes Weddings to arrange it! The locations were perfect, our photographer Spiros was so lovely and the photos (and videos by George!) were amazing and captured the day beautifully! We have just got home after the best 10 days in Rhodes celebrating our wedding! From when we first contacted the Unforgettable Weddings team two years ago, our experience has been easy, reassuring and positive. The team have always responded to emails in a timely manner, we had our video call before Christmas which was a really good way to go over everything and finalise our requests.

Upon arriving to Rhodes we met with Susanne at our hotel, she made us feel at ease and comfortable that everything was in order for our big day. Samina and Despina were amazing on the wedding day, everyone loved their hair and make up, they made the decisions easy and were well organised.

Having the Unforgettable Weddings team with us on our wedding day made sure we could be in the moment and experience everything without worrying about the organisation. Our guests commented on this and they were all pleasantly surprised. The venue was decorated amazingly, everything we had imagined and more. The food was amazing, as was the saxophone player and the fireworks.

Susanne, our planner, was truly amazing — calm, professional, and incredibly attentive. She and her team did a fantastic job from start to finish, and nothing was ever too much to ask. Everything ran so smoothly, and I honestly couldn’t have imagined a better experience.

Lia, my hairstylist, was absolutely incredible! My hair was literally perfect — even better than I had dreamed. It held all day and looked flawless in every photo.

Despina, my makeup artist, worked wonders. My makeup was completely flawless and lasted the entire day, even through all the (very happy) tears!

Spiros, our photographer, was amazing — not only super talented but also such a genuinely lovely person. He was up for all of our photo requests and captured so many beautiful moments.

Now, let’s talk about the food — OMG, it was the talk of the wedding! I was a bit nervous booking caterers without sampling first, but every single dish was perfectly executed and absolutely delicious. There was more than enough food, and every guest was raving about it!

The Greek dancers were phenomenal — they got everyone on their feet and created such an electric and unforgettable moment. It really brought everyone together and made the night so joyful!

The decor was stunning, the bar staff were fantastic, and the entire day was filled with magic. I honestly wish I could do it all over again and again!

From my first enquiry to pre-wedding planning to the big day, the service was outstanding!! Claire who helped me decide on venue, St Paul’s Bay, Rhodes Lindos, and Kalypso Restaurant was full of knowledge. Kim my pre-wedding planner helped me with all the extras, table decorations, flowers etc.. was excellent and so friendly.

We had our wedding at St Sophia and reception at Galazio, everything booked through URW. From the first email where we were not sure what we wanted, until the day of our wedding, the Unforgettable Rhodes Team were amazing. Our first point of contact was Louise who advised us about the available wedding packages and venues to choose from. There are plenty of options available for every style and budget.

Once we decided on St Sophia and Galazio, we were assigned our wedding planner - lovely Susanne! Arranging a wedding from a long distance can be challenging and stressful but Susanne, Justine and the rest of the team made everything possible, and stress free for us.

The day of our wedding exceeded our expectations! We chose the Bougainvillea package and were assigned the most amazing vendors, from the make up artists and hair stylists (Samina, Georgia and Mary), to the photographer (Spiros), videographer, DJ, violinist and the coach and Mercedes drivers! We also hired a photobooth, a 360 Video Booth and fireworks through URW. Everyone was lovely and kind to us and went above and beyond for all of us.

A huge thank you to Suzanne, who was amazing throughout the planning. We had some challenges with the venue, but she was always there to support and reassure us. Justine was also a huge help at the chapel. She made sure everyone knew where to go, what was happening, and helped guests stay comfortable in the heat. The Mamma Mia moment was a massive highlight and lovely surprise for us all. The team pulled it off perfectly. Our guests are still talking about it!

Spiros, our photographer, was incredible. Not only did he capture the day beautifully, he made everyone feel so relaxed. He quickly became the “fifth bridesmaid,” which became a running joke because of how helpful and involved he was. Such a great energy to have around on the day.

Despoina and Samina, our hair and makeup artists, were fantastic. The trial was so reassuring, and they both really understood my vision. On the day, they adapted everything perfectly, and I didn’t feel stressed at all about my look going into the day. They did a brilliant job on the whole bridal party, and we were all so happy with our hair and makeup. Lovely people with great vibes, just what you want around you on the morning of your wedding.

Lia and Desponia were fantastic, so friendly and understood exactly what I wanted. I had so many compliments about my hair and make up, something that I am not confident with! I can’t believe that in 47 degrees heat my hair and makeup was still perfect at 1am!

From the very first moment we contacted Unforgettable Weddings Rhodes, we knew we were in the best hands. Planning a destination wedding can feel daunting, but the team made everything effortless. Our ceremony at St Sophia Chapel was truly breathtaking the chapel looked absolutely perfect. We have just received the wedding video and the drone footage alongside the videographer is amazing.

After the ceremony, we celebrated our reception at Tasambikos. The tables were set out beautifully and the view is spectacular. Our guests were talking about the meze starter for days and saying how amazing the food and service was.

We were so lucky to have Spiros as our photographer. He had such a natural, friendly way about him that instantly put people at ease. We can’t wait to see the photographs.

Getting ready was just as special thanks to Mary, who did my makeup, and Lia, who styled my hair. They are both incredibly talented, and not only did they make me feel beautiful, but they also created a relaxed, happy atmosphere as I got ready. Despite the Rhodes heat and even after a boat trip my hair and makeup stayed absolutely perfect right through to the last dance.

George as our DJ was fantastic, the dance floor was full from the start of our evening to the end of the night. Everyone commented on how great the music was and how lovely George himself was. He went from the list we sent him as a guide and captured the vibe of music we were going for perfectly adding in great additions that everyone danced to. The Greek dancers were amazing, they got the party started straight away and got everyone involved. All our guests commented that this was one of the highlights. It was great bringing the traditional Greek element to our wedding. We all had a great laugh at the men dancing.

Michael and his father at the selfie mirror were gentlemen and the selfie mirror was a great hit. The photobook they have where guests stick their pictures and leave a comment was such a brilliant keepsake. We had a great laugh and smiles looking through it the following morning. We also loved that we got a magnet for the fridge of the two of us.

The staff at tSambikos were all lovely and accommodating. The venue itself is perfect, just what we were looking for. It was beautiful, with a relaxing and fun vibe too. The registrars at our ceremony spoke so genuinely and made us feel so welcome getting married in their beautiful country and island. Having both Greek and English spoken at the ceremony was lovely and authentic.

And lastly to our wonderful planners on the day, you are all fantastic at what you do, we never once had to worry about anything from the first email to the end of our wedding day, everything was done in the background and all your hard work really showed on the day. All the planning was done meticulously while seeming effortless. We can't thank you enough for creating the most beautiful day for us, we have made truly unforgettable memories.

We got married on the 26th August 2025 at the beautiful Kallithea Springs. We’ve had nothing but compliments from our guests – many of them telling us it was the best wedding they have ever been to – and that is entirely down to the incredible work you all put in. Every single supplier you chose was perfect for us.

From Spiros, our wonderful photographer, Lia and Despina were absolutely incredible, to the DJ who kept the dance floor full all night long, to the amazing saxophonist and violinist, the flowers were perfect we will never get over how beautiful they were and to the food and drink (everyone has said it was the best meal they had all holiday) – absolute perfection in every detail.

Throughout the whole planning journey, each of you played a part, and we’re so grateful to every single person involved. But we want to especially thank Suzanne and Tracy, who were with us all day long – our real-life angels. They couldn’t do enough for us, from helping us get ready, to keeping us fed and watered, constantly checking in to see if we were okay, you kept everything ticking along so perfectly and seamlessly. You allowed not just us, but our wedding party and all our guests to fully relax and enjoy every moment of the day. We get emotional even trying to put into words how incredible they both were. From the moment we met Suzanne on the Saturday before the wedding, any kind of stress or doubt we had very quickly left us, and we knew we had made the right decision. We had absolutely nothing to stress about.

Although we’d been emailing back and forth for nearly two years and had only had a couple of video calls, when we finally met, it was as if you'd known us forever. It felt like you knew exactly who we were and what we wanted – and everything you picked reflected that perfectly. We got married in September this year with Unforgettable Rhodes Weddings, we got married at St Sofia and then Tsambikos Taverna. Everything was amazing, Samina and Despoina were fantastic and made everything so stress free. I was worried because I didn’t have a trial for my hair and makeup, but it was perfect, they are soo talented! Chrysi our photographer was such a lovely lady and has captured our wedding with photos we could only dream of, I don’t think I will ever stop looking through them.
