We had a great experience for our early May Wedding in Rhodes with Unforgettable Rhodes Weddings.

We are American and wanted an international small wedding at good value. We found their service while searching for all inclusive weddings in Greece. Immediately, we knew they were the right choice for our wedding. Here's why we chose them:

1. The location choices were gorgeous and not required to stay at a resort (chose St Sophia Chapel and Kalithea Springs).
2. The Wedding planners had very reasonably quick responses with clear information on all the details.

From start to finish the experience with Unforgettable was plain sailing, from wedding planning to walking down the aisle, as someone who worries about every detail everything was explained perfectly... our budget was listened to, everything was offered and we had a clear knowledge of the way it all worked.

St Sophias Wedding Ceremony

The chapel is absolutely stunning! We hadn't seen the chapel prior to the day. I can honestly say it was more than we imagined. If this is your venue I am in no doubt you will feel the same.

Tsambikos Wedding Reception

We had the BBQ menu, Moussaka for veg option. We decorated simply with olive branches / Fish bowls with candles.

We had mini tambourines as place names & favours. We had everyone's name translated using the greek alphabet, printed / transferred onto the tambourines.

It worked well as we had arranged for Greek Dancers for an hour! We kept that as a surprise for the guests and was worth every penny! and thoroughly enjoyed by all. We're still laughing at the videos!! We had just 21 in total and put money behind the bar at Tsambikos.

All in all an amazing day enjoyed massively by everyone there! Can we do it again please?

In May 2026 we had our day at Kalithea Springs followed by Tsambikos. You honestly won't be disappointed in booking with Unforgettable Rhodes.

Our whole day was perfect from start to finish. Having a large party of 96, everything was well organised and nothing was too much trouble. If I could do the whole day again I would.

These guys really know what they are doing, from pre-wedding exchanging emails, helping me put together my vision for the day, to the service received on the day.

Where do we even begin? We got married at Kallithea Springs on 05.06.2026 and Unforgettable Weddings Rhodes gave us the most incredible wedding day we could ever have imagined – it truly was everything we dreamed of and so much more.

From the very beginning, Susanne was absolutely amazing. She made the whole planning process feel effortless, was always there to answer questions, and nothing was ever too much trouble. We honestly couldn't have asked for a more perfect wedding day. We got married on 6 June 2026 at the beautiful St. Sofia in Rhodes, followed by our reception at Tsambikos Taverna, and every single person involved made our day so special.

A huge thank you to our incredible wedding planner, Susanne at Unforgettable Rhodes, who made the whole planning process so easy and completely stress-free. Everything was organised perfectly, from the 1st email sent to the video calls to finally meeting Susanne in Rhodes and because of this we were able to relax and enjoy every moment.

The chapel at St Sofia was beautiful and the views were breathtaking getting married at 4pm was very warm and sweaty but so worth it! We also had the violin player and he played so beautifully.

We had Samina & Despina for hair and make up. These ladies made us all feel so at ease and left us feeling and looking amazing i honestly felt like a Grecian Goddess.

Our photographer, Spiros, he was absolutely amazing! Made us feel so at ease, especially when i'm the one who likes to be behind the camera! Also, thank you to our videographer! Cannot wait to get our photos and video back. A big thank you to our content creator, Athina, for capturing all of those behind-the-scenes moments and little details that we'll treasure forever. It has been amazing to relive our wedding through her videos.

Tsambikos Taverna was beautifully set up for us, even better than we'd imagined! We opted for the BBQ and not one single bit was left! Our guests still speak about how good it was! Our wedding cake was absolutely beautiful and tasted amazing

We have just returned from Rhodes and we would just want to say a huge thank you for making our day so special everything was timed to perfection and so organised. From the moment I first enquired about booking Peggy was on the ball with all the questions we had and guiding us through the legal stage, everything was a breeze!

We met Ellie our planner out in Rhodes a year before our wedding and as soon as we met her we just knew we were in safe hands she put our minds at ease and gave us a tour of the Lindia Thalassa and then up to the Elia restaurant for the reception so we could picture how our wedding would be which was so helpful.

On the wedding day I had Samina for hair and make up she did everything perfectly and my hair and make up did not move at all it lasted all day and night. Spiros the photographer was such a gent, very professional and very patient rearranging my train on the dress, we can't wait to have the photos back! Ellie and Vicky was fantastic on the day nothing was to much, even fixing the men's ties and making sure there shirts was tucked in, down to every fine detail I really felt like they just wanted everything perfect for us.

Leida the violinist was incredible everybody was up and dancing. Ourselves and our guests absolutely loved the food, so much choice and a lot of it which was great!

We had booked the Greek dancers and honestly I was not expecting anything like we had, they got everyone involved up and dancing!

Having the Unforgettable Weddings team with us on our wedding day made sure we could be in the moment and experience everything without worrying about the organisation. Our wedding planner was Ellie and from booking the wedding until a few weeks before it we also had Peggy. Words can't even thank these 2 ladies enough for all the help, support and knowledge they gave us, not to mention answering my 5000 'type A Bride' questions and emails they really are phenomenal! On the day Ellie took control of everything, I did not need to use my own brain once, it was amazing! There wasn't a job role she didn't do, from dealing with everyone, keeping the day running perfect, keeping me calm, managing to fit me and my dress into the car without a mark and even putting me into my dress - I got to relax, enjoy and take in my whole day thanks to Ellie and the other staff from unforgettable

Our photographer was Spiros! If he is also yours then you are very lucky, we have just received our pictures and they are phenomenal!! But his skills are more than photography, he was also my 6th bridesmaid on the day! From fixing my dress and veil perfect for every picture, to keeping me calm and laughing all day, he was nothing but a joy of happiness to be around! Also a big thank you to our videographer, he was amazing and can't wait to see the video!

The venue was nothing short of perfect!! The views are outstanding, the venue is stunning and the staff were all amazing. We went for the buffet option for our meal and our guests are still raving about how good the food was! We were also able to do a drinks package which was great for people to get welcome drinks, a drink for the toast and then wine and beers at the dinner table. A few people who have their weddings upcoming here have asked me about the wind, it is windy but it's the best thing ever because it keeps you cool in the heat and everyone was very grateful of the breeze so don't worry about that. Caroline who owns the venue was also amazing for us and helped us with allergies and dietary requirements.

Samina and Despina done our hair and makeup and they were absolutely amazing!! Such lovely, talented ladies who made us all feel so relaxed and calm on the day. I am very fussy with my makeup and was quite nervous about getting it done so I had a trial the evening before and it was stunning and then even more perfect on the day! For my hair I showed Samina some inspo pictures and she created something even more beautiful than the pictures! Thank you so much ladies.

We had Luxwedd as our content creators and they were worth every single penny and more, if anyone is considering getting one I could not recommend it enough!! Nasia even sent me some pictures on the same day so we could send them to family and friends back home. By the next morning we had all the raw footage and then the next day we had the most beautiful edited reels and all the camera pictures. This was amazing to sit and look through and see all the candid moments and relive the day from all angles and peoples perspectives. I could not recommend a content creator more!!

Our flowers were absolutely beautiful, so much so that I didn't want to lose them forever! That's when I found 'I do forever flowers' on instagram who take your bouquet and make them into resin ornaments to keep forever! It actually turned out that Jill who does this, also works with unforgettable and was working my wedding day that day so she was able to just take my bouquet home with her on the night and then delivered them to our hotel when they were ready.

Our dj was amazing, we had given a playlist and also notes to play certain songs at certain times of the evening and he got it perfect!! Our violinist was amazing and all the guests were commenting on how beautiful the music was, he even learned my song for walking down the aisle as it wasn't on the list. The Sax player kept the dance floor full the whole time and was a great addition to the night!

I just wanted to write to you to express how thankful we are for all your hard work in making our day perfect! We could not have asked for better people in bringing our dream to real life.

When we first started researching destination weddings, we spent a lot of time comparing different wedding planning companies and reading reviews. Naturally, we felt a little apprehensive at first, as planning a wedding abroad is a huge decision. However, after speaking with Justine and seeing the incredible reviews from previous couples, we decided to trust Unforgettable Rhodes Weddings, and we are so glad we did.

From our very first call, through the entire planning process, the follow-up meetings, our arrival meeting in Rhodes, and right through to the wedding day itself, everything was organised perfectly. We genuinely could not have asked for more.

On the wedding day, we had three planners supporting us, one at the ceremony, one with the bride, and one at the reception. This meant everything ran seamlessly, and there was always someone available if we needed anything. Their organisation and attention to detail allowed us to completely relax and enjoy every moment.

All of the vendors were fantastic. The flowers were beautiful and exactly matched the inspiration and descriptions we had provided. The Greek dancers, DJ, violinist, fireworks, photographer, and videographer were all excellent. We have not yet received our photos and videos as the wedding has only just taken place, but based on what we saw on the day, we cannot wait to see the final results.

The food at Tsambikos Taverna was absolutely incredible. Every single guest commented on how good it was, and everyone left completely full, even after the starters! It was genuinely some of the best food we ate during our entire stay in Greece, so a huge shoutout to the chef and kitchen team. The staff at Tsambikos were also wonderful, friendly, welcoming, and attentive throughout the evening.

One of the biggest benefits of using Unforgettable Rhodes Weddings was how stress-free the entire process felt. We are convinced it would have been far more stressful planning everything ourselves in the UK and trying to source and coordinate vendors independently.

A special thank you must go to Susanne. She has been absolutely fantastic throughout the entire planning process. From the video calls to the emails, her communication was excellent and she always responded incredibly quickly. She made us feel looked after, reassured, and completely at ease from start to finish. We also want to thank everyone who helped make our day so special. Despina and Lia did an absolutely amazing job with my hair and makeup – I felt so beautiful. Vicky was an incredible photographer and made us feel so comfortable throughout the day. The ceremony looked like something out of a fairytale, and the boat trip afterwards was such a fun and unforgettable experience. The food, the atmosphere, and the whole evening at Philosophia were simply perfect.

We honestly couldn't have wished for a more beautiful wedding day. We are already counting down the days until we can see all the photos and the video!

If anyone is unsure about getting married in Greece I can 10000% say its been the most amazing experience of our lives. We married at St Paul's chapel in July at 3pm... obviously it was going to be hot and sweaty but it was so beautiful.... Mary and Eva were able to give me a mirror image of the vision in my head for hair and make up... lovely ladies!! Aria the Saxophone queen had us all dancing. Flowers were beautiful, Spiros was so lovely and amazing with the children.

Amfialos Restaurant was a perfect location. Food was unbelievable and so much to choose from. There was so much left over we couldn't eat it all. I forgot to throw my bouquet... we didnt eat the cake as we were having too much fun. Did it make any difference to our magical day?? Not one bit!! Im so sad our day is over so take every single moment in!!

Just wanted to thank you for all the teams help and guidance in enabling us to have the most special day ever. It was perfect from start to finish and we most certainly wouldn't of had this day without all your help :-)

We literally didn't have to do a thing other than turn up and say I do!!! It was commented that I was the most chilled bride - but that is all down to you and your team as you dealt with literally everything!

I booked my wedding with a UK based company, they didn't get a lot right & I felt really worried and disheartened about my wedding - this being said the one thing they did get right was having Unforgettable Lindos Weddings as the contact in Greece.

I arrived in Greece very unsure of what to do, just being told that I had an appointment with 'Ellie', I was given a date and time by the UK company I used, nothing more. I had no idea what I was doing or how my wedding would run and it was days away. I'd just given up if I'm honest.

We sat in reception and this fabulous woman arrives to save the day. Eleanor was incredible. She talked us through how it would all run in detail, she explained the Greek side of things/all the legalities, she sorted out transport for us to get into Lindos for our extra photography hour - everything. There were no questions left un-answered. I left that meeting feeling reassured which I hadn't the entire wedding planning process in the UK. For the first time, I felt excited.

Eleanor also brought us a wonderful personalised gift & a bottle of fizz too which was a lovely touch.

We had an issue with the date of our wedding by the UK company but we later found out that it was Eleanor that sorted things out for us and made it so that we could get married on the date that we wanted as it was sentimental.

I had no idea she was fixing things behind the scenes for me before I even arrived in Greece.

Eleanor came to the town hall with us the following day to have the paperwork sorted so we got the date that we desperately wanted on our marriage certificate- I know this took extra time away from your work and it's no longer the standard thing to do so just know we're grateful.

We were having no guests at our wedding so it can be a bit scary, no one to fix your veil or make sure you're doing the right thing.

Eleanor showed up with our flowers the morning of the wedding; she could of left there but she offered to help with anything that I needed including getting into my dress. There was nothing that was too much trouble. Every detail even down to how I'd get into the car and she'd protect my dress - was thought of.

Eleanor was with us every step of the way, walking us through everything, fixing my dress behind me, helping me into my shoes, making sure we had water in the blazing heat, suggesting poses for the photos; she even brought an extra fan which she let me borrow as I melted! Every tiny detail was covered and I was so looked after.

I honestly couldn't of done it without you Eleanor. I saw how fast my day could of turned into a nightmare but you just had everything covered and under control. Thank you for making my dreams come true.

The only downside was not having you handle it all from the start and going through the initial process with the UK company; as soon as you took over, everything was taken care of and I had a magical day because of you.

You could have just come and witnessed it and called it a day but you did so much more than I could have ever imagined and it didn't go unnoticed.

Thank you for making my very special day, just that, special. I will treasure the memories that you have given me forever & I won't forget what an impact you had on our day.

Finally home after 3 incredible weeks in absolute paradise!

We got married in July 2026 at St Sofia Chapel, followed by the most beautiful evening reception at Ladiko Bay. It truly was the most perfect day, shared with our 50 closest family and friends.

I honestly don't think there are enough words to describe just how incredible our wedding day was.

A little bit about me... from the moment we booked our wedding, I struggled with anxiety. It's something I deal with daily, and I'm also a complete control freak! So naturally, I worried about every little detail.

HAIR & MAKEUP I didn't have a trial beforehand, which definitely made me nervous. But I genuinely had nothing to worry about! These two lovely ladies made me feel so relaxed, comfortable, and confident. They listened to exactly what I wanted, and I honestly felt the best I've ever felt.

CONTENT CREATOR What an absolute gem of a woman! We received loads of gorgeous 3–5 second clips on the day, plus 8 amazing reels (around 3–4 minutes long). We got the first videos the same day and the reels within 2 days! It was so special to have those memories straight away while we waited for our professional photos and wedding film. Honestly... wow!

PHOTOGRAPHER Our photographer was brilliant. My husband absolutely hates having his photo taken, but he made us both feel completely at ease. He kept us laughing the whole time! One moment that still makes us smile was when he asked us to kiss for a photo, then immediately said, "Right... that's enough now!" It completely broke the ice and made everything feel so natural.

A LITTLE DELAY... HANDLED PERFECTLY As we were about to head to Ladiko Bay, our wedding planner let us know there was a slight delay because there were still regular guests at the venue. They reassured us everything was being sorted and that our guests would have somewhere to relax with drinks while the final preparations were completed.

Honestly... our guests had absolutely no idea anything was happening! Everything was handled so discreetly and professionally that everyone thought it was just part of the plan.

LADIKO BAY The staff at Ladiko Bay were absolutely fantastic. Our wedding planners stayed with us until after our first dance just to make sure everything ran perfectly... and it really did!

MY BIGGEST PIECE OF ADVICE?
Don't overthink everything. I know that's easier said than done because I certainly did! But everyone kept telling me that all the little details you worry about won't matter on the day... and they were absolutely right.

Your day goes by so quickly, and all you'll remember is marrying the love of your life surrounded by the people you love.

We celebrated our wedding in July 2026 at the stunning St Sophia Chapel, followed by our reception at Tsambikos Taverna. We had 61 family members and friends travel from England to share our special day, and thanks to Susanne and the Unforgettable Weddings team, it was everything we dreamed of and more.

From the very beginning, Susanne was incredible. I first started contacting her in October 2023 and,despite the countless emails and questions I sent her way, she never once failed to respond promptly and professionally. She always made sure we felt supported, informed and completely confident throughout the planning process.

Every aspect of the day exceeded our expectations. Our entertainment, Leida and Singer, were absolutely phenomenal and had everyone captivated. We arranged a caricature artist as a gift for our guests, whose talent was simply unbelievable. The candy wheel was a huge hit with the children, although I think the adults may have enjoyed it even more! The tequila and Fireball shot station kept the celebrations flowing and added a great fun element to the evening.

The suppliers recommended by Unforgettable Weddings were exceptional. The photographer, hair and makeup artist, and content creator were all outstanding, and our guests could not stop talking about how amazing everyone looked and how professional the whole experience was.

The food deserves a special mention. We chose the BBQ menu, and it was nothing short of incredible. The quality, variety and quantity were outstanding. Even our biggest eaters were impressed, and nobody left hungry.

As for St Sophia Chapel, words hardly do it justice. The setting is breathtaking and the views are simply unmatched. If you are looking for a wedding venue in Rhodes that will leave your guests speechless, this is it.

I consider myself an organised planner who likes to be involved in every detail, but Unforgettable Weddings made everything run so seamlessly that we were able to relax and enjoy every moment. The entire day ran like clockwork from start to finish.

One of the best compliments we received was hearing guests say the next day, "Can we do it all again?" That says everything about how special the day was.

THEN THERE WAS VICKY, OUR PHOTOGRAPHER. What an extraordinary human being. Not only is she exceptionally talented, but she has the rare gift of making everyone feel completely comfortable. She didn't just capture photographs. She captured emotions, moments and memories that we'll treasure forever.

A VERY SPECIAL THANK YOU ALSO GOES TO ATHENA, OUR CONTENT CREATOR. She captured all of those precious moments that can so easily pass you by in the whirlwind of the day. Waking up the following morning and being able to relive our wedding through the content she created was such an unexpected gift.

OUR DJ WAS NOTHING SHORT OF INCREDIBLE! So accommodating, so intuitive and so invested in making the evening unforgettable. Seeing him jump onto the dance floor with us perfectly summed up the atmosphere of the night.

THE GREEK DANCERS WERE ABSOLUTELY OUTSTANDING and are something I would recommend to every couple. They had every single guest on their feet, even those who would normally never dance. The joy, laughter and energy they brought created memories we'll be talking about for years to come.

As the bride, people often tell you that your wedding day flies by. They're right. But because of this incredible team, every moment felt effortless, joyful and filled with love. If I could relive one day over and over again, it would be this one.

Wow Suzanne! What an angel she is. She went above and beyond, she carried our extra bags, she came with scissors and safety pins and everything else and she was just beautiful. Such a calm beautiful presence I honestly LOVED having her with me. My two little girls were mithering the life out of me whilst trying to get out the door and I kept saying 'ask Suzanne' she was just incredible.

The other lady who was at our ceremony (I am so soo sorry I can't remember her name but in all the chaos I forgot, doesn't mean to say she wasn't as amazing) she was fabulous and kept the evening running so smoothly. Couldn't fault her.

Despina and Lia are just insane. MOB, MOG and my maid of honour are all tough customers and there was not one fault from anybody, they got it completely spot on with everyone.

I felt absolutely incredible, as someone who doesn't have their hair and make up done at all, they couldn't have done it more perfect.

Spiros! How gorgeous is he. Him and Michael bonded over rugby. He made us feel so at ease. Everyone commented on how lovely he was, always catching little shots. At first when he came to the hotel and started taking posed shots I think he could see how uncomfortable I was (that's just me to a tee) he said he will take more candid ones and that's what he did, he knew exactly what to do. He was just so lovely!!

The venue wow. Speaks for itself. The food was incredible. Everyone absolutely loved it! Sooo much food. All of it was so so good the feedback was amazing!!

The flowers, the cake, the tables dressed. Everything was perfect it couldn't have gone any better. The bougenvilla package was absolutely perfect for a lazy busy bride like me, you guys came on to remind me when I needed to do things as you had to tick things off and response was always nice and quick if I had any questions. It wouldn't have been possible without you all I certainly couldn't have pulled that off.
