We finally tied the knot in May 2023 at the gorgeous St Sofia Chapel. We booked in the UK using the wedding travel company who then basically passed us onto Unforgettable Rhodes Weddings. Justine and her team was fantastic would highly recommend. Our reception was at Tsambikos Taverna we had a BBQ meze meal and the food was incredible!!! Mel our photographer was amazing and kostas the DJ was fab. The chapel is just breathtaking.

Evening Charlotte and Justine, We have been back in England for a few days. We are trying to process it all, it's very overwhelming and very emotional.

You both are fantastic. I've been thinking about you all week and want you both to know how grateful we are that you made our dreams a reality.

Everything from the silly questions I asked (with a quick reassuring response) to seeing my vision brought to life, even one of your staff giving me the backs of her earrings when my beautiful wedding earrings were falling out as I was about to leave for the ceremony (that could have been a major meltdown point but you sorted it out with no fuss) Justine lending me her lipstick for final touches as mine had worn off and my spare had been taken to the venue. All these little things and gestures thinking back are just what a bride needs to make the day run smoothly and keep myself and Ryan calm. I really don't think we could have done it without you.

After weeks of looking through overpriced UK venues that didn't feel like us, booking our wedding in Rhodes was the best decision we've ever made. At first, the idea of booking a destination wedding is daunting, we spoke to multiple companies and we felt like just another number and didn't feel special - until we spoke with Charlotte and Justine.

From the first email, no question was too small or silly, we even had a phone call with Justine to put our minds at ease and felt comfortable knowing our wedding was in good hands.

We wanted as minimal stress as possible, both in planning and on the wedding day - which is exactly what we got. From the start of the process through to the day itself, we were constantly questioned on how calm we were and that is truly a credit to these wonderful ladies.

From Charlotte, who spent 2 years emailing back and forth with us planning our perfect wedding, to Justine, Tracy and Eleni who helped our day run smoothly, you were all brilliant. We didn't have to do anything but show up and enjoy our day with our family and friends.

There are always going to be things out of your control (like the heavens opening the moment I got into my bridal car!) and on the day we had a few challenges, but we didn't stress about them at all because it was clear that Justine had a plan A, B, C and D and everything worked out well in the end.

Kalithea Springs was the perfect venue, the history combined with beauty kept our guests occupied all day, there is always another corner to turn and something else to see with beautiful sea views surrounding the rotunda.

Our reception was catered by Pan di Capo. We opted for the BBQ style buffet which was delicious, gaining rave reviews form our guests and there was loads left over even though we were all stuffed!!

Vlasis and George worked as a perfect team to capture our special day. George did our videography for the ceremony and his video doesn't leave a dry eye, its beautiful. Vlasis stepped in to do our photography and we couldn't have been happier. He knew what we wanted better than we did ourselves. He made us feel very relaxed and made the photographs fun all day and having seen the photos now, they are truly stunning!

Samina and Despina were incredible and so friendly. We were all very happy with our hair and makeup which looked perfect until the end of the night and photographed beautifully.

Lastly, but certainly not least - Our DJ, Mini was outstanding. She planned games, had everyone in a dance/sing off battle and taught all our guests the Zorba dance - all these little things when added together, created an unbelievable atmosphere and unforgettable memories for everyone involved. She fit our vibe perfectly and our wedding truly wouldn't have been the same without her.

It is so hard to put into words just how grateful we are to everyone that was involved in making our day so special - from the bottom of our hearts, we cannot thank you enough and we couldn't have asked for more.

From the beginning. Charlotte has been fantastic ever since we first booked our wedding. Constantly answering our questions and being super responsive! I can only begin to imagine the volume of questions you get so a huge thank you it really was all appreciated.

The wedding day... well the weather gods may have had different plans for us but honestly we look back now and truly believe that it worked out better!! (Not many people get to wear their wedding dress twice!) You guys really pulled it out the bag. From adding extra touches to the ceremony like the extra cake and drinks to make it as special as possible, to somehow managing to re-arrange our boat cruise and reception to be exactly as we had originally planned (but the following day). You really did go above and beyond and made it so so special.

We found your company online when searching for the best way to get married abroad, from start to finish it's been smooth sailing to say the least, I was asked so many times "why aren't you stressed" this was all down to the organisation of this business.

Every little detail is looked into and your worries are answered from either the first meeting or the 100 emails I felt I sent Charlotte. Everything is taken care of, I hadn't to worry about anything and if I did it was answered or sorted straight away.

The whole team they bring with them from the photographers and videographers, amazing work and passion can be seen. I was very worried about having my hair and makeup done as I don't have this don't at all at home, this was something I over worried and when it came to the day both ladies were shown a picture and they couldn't of done it more perfect for me.

The flowers I requested "Garden roses" due to peonies not surviving 1 second in the heat, the roses were basically a match to what I wanted. If something couldn't be done, they found something that would work rather than just saying no and went above and beyond.

The wedding day, my emails were answered early morning and I didn't have to think about a thing. My makeup and hair was done, Justine arrived with the photographer and soon began tweaking things and helping me out, even baby sitting my 5 month old as my bridesmaids left for the coach! Justine helped me into my dress as the guests had set off to the venue, helping me out every step of the way.

The whole day ran smoothly, then venue was amazing, the pictures don't do it justice at all.

Our wedding video came within one day and was amazing quality, our guests couldn't believe how quickly it was completed and the quality of the video too. Vicky the photographer, what a passionate woman, she puts you at ease and you can see the hard work with the photos that only arrived days later too.

We have now been back in the UK for a couple of days and have still not stopped talking about our beautiful wedding. We really cannot put into words how stunning the whole day was and how grateful we are to your whole team for everything. From my initial email to Charlotte she has been fantastic in answering every question and query I had, nothing was too much trouble. I didn't feel any stress that would usually come with wedding planning as Charlotte was so knowledgeable and booked/sorted everything.

Justine arrived at the hotel and had a good laugh with us before we left which put any nerves/stress at bay! & the other ladies in the team that stayed at the wedding until after the first dance - you were both amazing ensuring everything was perfect for us and even helping my niece who became unwell during the ceremony.

Hello! We are home now and have had time to actually process what has been the best few weeks of our lives.

We cannot thank you enough for the time and effort that you put into our day. Nothing was too much trouble and the day flowed beautifully!

Samina was lovely! I changed my mind on my hair the morning of the wedding and it was no problem. I could tell she just wanted me to be happy.

I'm not a big lover of awkwardly posing for pictures. Looking back, I don't think I felt uncomfortable once. Spiros was brilliant!

The food at Pane Di Capo was incredible! Everyone commented on this and I've never had Lamb Kleftiko as good as that before.

The Greek Dancers were such a good decision, I laughed so hard my stomach hurt! Mini our DJ just wanted us to have the best time and create perfect memories.

The videographer captured everything. We woke up the next day to our wedding video! I never would have expected it so soon but what I lovely way to wake up and relive the day together.

When we booked our wedding in November 2021 I did not know where to start with arranging my wedding abroad until I stumbled across Unforgettable Rhodes Weddings online. You pretty much made the whole experience organising the wedding to the very last detail so simple and stress free! Even when we did have a last-minute change of reception venue this was resolved by your company immediately.

The day was perfect - you done well coaxing 132 people onto coaches, into photographs etc! Special shout out to Charlotte who arranged everything prior to the wedding - nothing was an issue and she was hilarious! Spiros the photographer who put me at ease on the day and Samina our hair stylist was fab! The rest of the staff and entertainment at the wedding were great and super helpful.

The most stressful part of the whole process was getting all the paperwork together for the Greek Authorities but the team helped us through it every step of the way.

Hi guys, We've not been long back in the UK and still not over the wedding day!

From Samina the hairdresser starting at 8am to ensure everyone had enough time for their updos and joining in on the laughs getting ready to Despina, the make up artist, making me feel reassured and making me look like a princess!

Once Maria, the photographer, had arrived I showed her a few pics of what I wanted. I was nervous about the pics as wasn't sure we had got enough. But being sent over 700 images she absolutely smashed it!

The ceremony was perfect and every detail was perfect. St Sophia chapel is even more beautiful in real life.

Minie, the DJ, had us all up dancing well in to the night and keeping us all entertained!

Charlotte, I feel like towards the lead up to the wedding, it felt unusual not speaking to you daily! I'm going to miss our daily e-mails!! From the first e-mail you advised and gave me your honest opinions on multiple venues I had had in mind which led me to pick St Sophia for what we had in mind.

Me and Anthony would like to thank everyone for everything you did for us, from Charlotte being so helpful in the run up to the wedding and whilst we was there- nothing was too much for her and she always replied quickly and made us feel so relaxed, like nothing was too much.

The wedding planners in the day - wow we cannot thank you enough for making us so relaxed, especially Anthony who was like a cat on a hot tin roof. Gathering and preparing all the guests and making the day run so smoothly- we cannot thank you enough l, you are truest amazing at what you do. Justine thank you for the laughs throughout the morning and getting everyone dancing to dancing queen at the chapel.

The venues were incredible and the way you decorated them to match the theme, you went above and beyond, it was everything and so much more than what we could of wished for.

We would also like to thank the staff at Kalithea springs and the wedding planners who during the medical emergency we had were so helpful and so professional, the chef even ran to get us some oxygen. You kept everyone calm and ensured that both me and Anthony were out of the way whilst you all dealt with the situation and thank you so much for translating to the paramedics when they arrived. The staff at Kalithea we cannot praise enough they were excellent and helped get the party going again. The food was incredible- all the guests have been raving about it. The DJ nothing was to much for him- the minute a song was request he would find it and it was on the very next song- he had everyone dancing and singing the night away. The floor sparklers were sensational even though we couldn’t have the fireworks these actually made my night and looked incredible on the first dance.

Lastly the make up and hair girls - wow what can I said you made 5 very fussy girls very happy- nothing was to much and we all felt like queens the full day- I may of even worn the make up the next day because it did not budge, they are excellent at what they do. The main man the photographer we would like to thank him for making us feel so comfortable - we are terrible with pictures, unless its a selfie and he put us both at ease and made us feel amazing and not at all awkward everything was so relaxed.

I would honestly recommend you to anyone who was getting married in Rhodes, what a day and what a party you put on for us- I wish we could relive it all over again. We are so grateful to each and every one of you - you made our day exactly what it was and that is nothing short of amazing, above and beyond what we expected.

From start to finish our wedding was just what we were hoping for. The booking and planning our day was effortless. We booked with Sarah at The Wedding Travel company and then it was over to Angel and Eleanor for the finer details of making our day magical.

We met Ellie the day after we arrived in Rhodes and it was like meeting a friend we’d known for years. We ran through everything relating to our wedding day. We organised my hair and make-up appointments and photographer. As planned my hair and makeup trial were with Samina and she was fantastic and as Ellie promised she could do anything and I was so happy.

My photographer was Mel and she was amazing and looked after us so well to get the most perfect photos.

Our day was our perfect beach wedding, despite a heat wave. The location and venue was like something dreams are made of, we had a fabulous day and thanks to everyone involved who made it perfect.

Thank you so so much for all your hard work on our wedding day! Things may not have gone to plan but you guys really did try and make sure everything went as smooth as possible.

It has been a month now since we got married and we just wanted to message to say a huge heartfelt thank you! Everything about our special day surpassed all our expectations. Our guests are still talking about it how it is the best wedding they have ever been to and how nothing will compare for many weddings to come!

From the moment we met Charlotte and Justine at our UK wedding consultation, I knew our dream day would come true. The most professional ladies but also down to earth which makes you feel at ease knowing you’ve made a great decision booking your wedding in Rhodes. When you book a destination wedding you place so much faith and trust into your wedding planner. Everything we asked for even down to little things, you made sure it happened!

When the wildfires began and we almost didn’t make it due to our holiday package being cancelled on the day we were due to fly, Charlotte was there to reassure us, even suggesting we could move the date if we had to, to ensure we still had our special day. Luckily we managed to rebook flights and managed to get there safely.

When you said you only use the best suppliers you can totally see that throughout the day. Thank you to Sia and Despina for making me, my bridesmaids and wedding party look beautiful! The day was absolutely scorching hot yet my makeup did not require touching up once. I felt like a million dollars all day.

The flowers... WOW! The most beautiful wedding bouquet and flowers I have ever seen. I am so thankful you arranged for speckled orchids to be flown in from Holland to ensure my dream of them being in my bouquet came true! They were stunning and are currently being preserved so we can have them forever!

The food at Kalithea Springs was phenomenal! We requested a specific rose wine to be on the tables which we loved from a previous trip to Rhodes. They don’t usually have it at Kalithea Springs but you ensured that our wish was fulfilled.

The wedding cake was delicious - like a cherry flavoured Victoria sponge. So unique - we wish we ate more of it!

Vicky the photographer was Absolutely incredible!! The pictures are beautiful and such good quality. Our wedding video is also amazing and such a lovely memory to have for the future.

The ceremony at St Sofia ran seamlessly thanks to Justine’s direction. The compliments from you made us feel amazing. Tracy who looked after us at our reception was amazing. When we had a power cut due to the issues with the wildfires, Tracy went out of her way to ensure the celebrations could still go ahead by getting a battery operated speaker and lighting tea lights everywhere so we could carry on eating our meal. Tracy joined in the evening fun and even had selfies with us with the selfie frame.

We cannot recommend you highly enough and I already know someone who has booked their wedding next year with you. Thank you so much for everything! We wish we could do it all over again.

We have been back in the UK 2 weeks now and just want to write a review/ thank you for making our day so special.

Our whole experience with everyone from unforgettable Rhodes weddings has been one will never forget. All the ladies we spoke to whilst organising our special day were so kind and helpful. They were always there to calm me down when I had a panic something was gonna go wrong. They were also so understanding when we were unsure if the wedding was going to go ahead on the scheduled day, due to the fires. All our accommodation changed a few times and the girls sorted everything out. They made our day flow and took away all the stress that comes with planning a wedding. Wedding cake taste amazing. A heartfelt, enormous thank you to Charlotte, Justine and the team at Unforgettable Weddings Rhodes for a truly magnificent wedding experience. From the moment we contacted Charlotte, we had her full support and nothing was ever too much. She made us feel relaxed and calm even at the most stressful times. We are back from Rhodes after an amazing holiday/wedding day. We would like to give a massive Thankyou to the girls at unforgettable weddings for the unforgettable wedding!

For the last two years of planning our wedding Charlotte was the one who organised everything. I must of sent 200 emails a day asking loads of questions but she reassured me everything was going to be perfect. I was so worried as with the hotel changing to adults only and then the reception changing and also the fires I didn’t think it would happen after two years of planning but my dream came true and I got my happily ever after. Ellie was absolutely amazing and when we first met her, we instantly knew we was in safe hands!

Jack and I had the most incredible day and it was so much more than we could have imagined.

Having had to rearrange our wedding 3 times due to Covid I was extremely anxious in the lead up to the wedding, worrying about all things wedding however from the moment we arrived in Rhodes and met Ellie we felt completely at ease. Kastri Wow!!! What a venue! Right on the beach, amazing food! Every single guest said it was the best meal they have ever had! It was outstanding! The owners could not have accommodated us anymore If they tried! They were amazing hosts and amazing with all our children guests! My third bridesmaid Spiros was a god send! From sorting my dress, making sure it was perfect for the photos, so professional, so friendly and an amazing man. He made sure he got my better side on all the photos haa.

Wow! What can we say everything was just perfect from start to finish! We couldn’t thank Ellie and Louise and all the team enough for what they did for us! From the first video call with Ellie, I knew I could trust her guidance for what would look good and she smashed it out of the park for us! And meeting her was amazing just how she buzzed with excitement which was very infectious and calmed any worries we were having! The team were amazing at organising our family & friends and getting everyone where they needed to be at the right time!

The venue (Lindia Thalassa for ceremony & Elia restaurant for reception) were perfect! The photo opportunities alone were amazing let alone the food and staff!

It's been a couple of days since we arrived back in the UK and we just wanted to say a huge thank you to you all for giving us the most special perfect day.

From the very beginning the stress of wedding planning was completely taken away and we knew we were in good hands. The whole day ran smoothly and we couldn't fault a single thing.

Ellie was brilliant on the day and the hair and makeup artists we're incredible making us all feel very glamorous.

Spiros the photographer and the videographer were amazing and made us feel very comfortable.

Minnie the DJ kept everyone on the dance floor and really looked after me when I was unfortunately feeling unwell.

Firstly I would just like to say that our wedding day was by far the best day of our lives. Every aspect of the day was better than we could of imagined.

I had not been to Rhodes/Lindos since I was a little girl so I had no idea where or what our ceremony space or reception was like in real life. Everything I went off were photos. I was a little apprehensive as you can imagine! My husband is registered as blind so he couldn't help me and goes largely off feeling and the atmosphere of places so I was hoping that we made the right decisions.

The whole process from first email to the day was easy and informative. The unforgettable wedding brochure is a great tool as well as a great option of packages.

Thank you to Charlotte who was always there to respond to every email, panic email and query that we had. We had a little panic with paper work a couple of weeks before hand but Justine managed to sort it out for us, thank you.

Our day: Relaxed, informal.

Ceremony: St Pauls Chapel. Lindos

Just perfect, knew I wanted it there as soon as I saw the photos. Just beautiful, and is a heart shaped bay.

Transport: By boat. Well worth the money, great surprise for guests, they loved it, we absolutely loved it!

Reception: Amfialos, Pefkos.

Stunning views, fantastic staff and the food was amazing!! We love our food so this was really important for us, it was tasty and authentic and the perfect amount.

Huge thanks to Ellie for being there on the day. For making sure everything ran smoothly. For meeting us at every point and making sure all members of our party were looked after getting to the reception.

The decor at Amfialos was perfect. The sunset and just everything was a wonderful. Thank you team UW.

We had a violinist at the ceremony, he played some surprise Abba afterwards so we were totally embracing the Mamma Mia vibes. Loved every minute of it. Champers afterwards and on the boat, we were living the dream!

Photographer: Booked late. So so so glad that we did! Everybody has commented on the photos and they are just stunning. Something that I was worried about as I wanted them natural and was worried about having a shiny sweaty head. In hindsight I now wish we had photos before the ceremony and on boat. So if you have the finances do it! You won't be disappointed.

We just want to thank you so much for being the best wedding planners we could have ever asked for. The day was unbelievable and our guests couldn't believe how beautiful the venue was and how perfect the day was. They have said it will take a lot to beat it and I couldn't agree more.

I spoke to Charlotte 2 years ago regarding our dream day and she couldn't have been more friendly and accommodating. I am a control freak so naturally having a wedding abroad I was nervous and had a lot of questions! I was never made to feel like I was being a pain and no question went unanswered. 2 years later and it all slotted into place, the finer details which you think of, they had it covered, even the details you didn't think of!

The venue was unreal, the hair and make up by Despina and Samina was brilliant and they made me and my bridesmaids feel beautiful and relaxed, so lovely! The food was great and the DJ Christos was the icing on the cake, the dance floor was never empty! Susanna was my saviour on the day and everything was planned to the dot. She was so reassuring and again so lovely!

Spiros the photographer was again so calm and lovely and it felt like we had known him for a while by the end! Nothing was too much and he took SO many stunning pictures.

I wish we could do it all over again and I'm gutted my emails with Charlotte are over ☺ Thank you so so much again, we cannot fault one thing, you guys are the best in the game and anybody who wants to get married abroad in Rhodes would be silly not to use you!

Thank you all for making our wedding day truly magical. It was just as we wanted it to be and our guests had the most wonderful time. Samina made me feel at ease and ensured that my bridesmaids and I looked stunning, huge thanks to her.

Our choice of St Sophia was the right one for us, as it gave us the privacy that we wanted and the chapel is just so beautiful, its grounds allowed for the small people to run about and our guests to enjoy stunning views out to sea; it was just perfect. We’re delighted with the photographs from Vickie, she captured some lovely moments and made us feel at ease, the blue backgrounds of the sea and sky look amazing.

Thank you for all your support and the behind the scenes work that you have done to make our day memorable and special to us.

Our reception at Tsambikos taverna was also the right choice for us and the environment suited all of our guests and allowed the children the space to play and the adults to dance the night away.

Again many thanks and have a wonderful off season.

To top it off we couldn’t have asked for better weather, not just on the day but for our whole 9 day holiday.
