Aegean View Estate has a total area of 5 acres and is located in a quiet area with unobstructed sea views, on a green hill in Faliraki, Rhodes.
Apart from the wonderful view and the idyllic environment of the estate, the close distance from the city of Rhodes, the port and the airport are important for the convenience of your guests.
The most important asset of the estate is of course the Aegean, while the stone arches and lush natural landscape create a romantic and elegant atmosphere. The spacious outdoor areas are ideal to host the wedding or reception of your dreams.
The estate is close to many well known Christian Orthodox churches, where marriages take place.
The pool area of 290 sq. m is ideal for dinner for up to 100 people, or a party for up to 150 people. The view of Faliraki and the endless blue of the Aegean will make the most magical background for photographs, and will definitely impress your guests.
The pool area is mainly stone-built and has a bar for drinks and cocktails as well as a specially designed DJ area. There is also a playground ideal for children's activities.
The garden area of 700 sq.m among the fragrant pines and cypresses boasts a magnificent view, it can accommodate up to 400 people for a dinner or up to 800 people for a cocktail party.
The flexibility of the space offers many seating plan alternatives, depending on the event. Both areas are suitable for buffet or served dinner, live music or DJ.

On the estate there is also a private church, a temple devoted to Panagia Malevi, whose handmade hagiographies are characterized by harmony, interiority, symbolism and religious emotion.
Every August 15th, a divine service is held here in anticipation celebrating the Assumption of the Virgin Mary.
Accommodation: Villa sleeps 6, plus 2 luxury apartments on the estate, available during the reception on request. Each luxury apartment accommodates up to 6 people.
